As an operator, you need everything to work at optimal efficiency. Being able to balance dispatching jobs with taking the next call is crucial.
Zoom allows you to receive calls straight to the dispatch screen, with caller ID and the information automatically populating the booking panel. However it is also important to know how much traffic you are getting; who else is calling?
This is why we have now introduced call queuing! Our new feature allows you to receive multiple calls to the dispatcher all at once. The list of callers gives you the passenger’s name or account to help you recognise the important calls, and your customers will be treated to hold music while they wait. The ever-changing number gives you real time information about how many people are waiting for you to take their call.
To implement this feature, all you have to do is use the ‘Add’ button at the top of the main screen. You can choose a phone number from our pre-set list. If you wish to continue using your previous number, simply ask you phone provider to forward your calls.
You are now ready to start accepting calls. Simply Go Online and watch the calls come in!
